1. Home Donation Program
We partner with homeowners who wish to donate a property or sell at a reduced price. This program helps families in need while offering donors meaningful tax advantages and the opportunity to change a life forever.
2. Affordable Home Acquisition Program
We work with investors and community partners to acquire vacant, distressed, or underused homes and transform them into safe, stable housing for families who never believed homeownership was possible.
3. Pathway to Homeownership Coaching
Families receive one-on-one guidance and group guidance, credit support, budgeting tools, and step-by-step coaching to prepare them for long-term homeownership success.
4. Transitional Stability Support
For families facing housing instability, we provide short-term support, resources, and referrals to help them stabilize while preparing for their future home.
5. Community Christmas Home Makeover
Each year, we select a deserving family to receive a full home makeover: repairs, furnishings, and a warm Christmas welcome into their new beginning.
6. “Keys for Christmas” Initiative
A signature program where selected families receive the keys to a safe, stable home during the holiday season, symbolizing hope, dignity, and a fresh start.
